What's the return policy?

We offer free return shipping (US only) on all hardware issues for 30 days. If you need to return your order, please let us know and we'll send you a return label. 

As long as the hardware is returned in the same condition as you received it you will get the full refund back (minus 3% for the transaction fees) to your original payment method. For orders that include the display, a $50 deduction will be taken if necessary to cover the cost of replacing the digitizer if it's returned scratched or cracked.

If you purchased the additional programming (4" to 8" conversions) the $59 you paid for this is non-refundable as this is a labor charge and the files we e-mailed you can't be returned.

Important: If you purchased just a module, you will receive a label for a USPS Small Flat Rate Box. If you purchased a kit, you will receive a label for USPS Medium Flat Rate Box. It's important that you use the correct box to return your order, if you put it in a different box your return may be returned to you. 

For purchases starting on 3/9/23, all returns are subject to 3% deduction of the return due to transaction processing fees. Our main payment processor Square is now following PayPal's lead in not refunding us those transaction fees on refunds.
