What's my warranty?

We offer a 6 month warranty on all hardware purchases, if you need help with your order please contact us and we'll do our best to fix your issue. If we can't fix the issue, you will need to fill out this form and place a deposit (for express replacements). Please don't fill out this form until instructed to do so. 

An extended 2 year warranty (2 years 6 months) is available for an additional fee. Save $10 by purchasing the warranty at the time of purchase.

We currently limit the warranty on eBay purchases to just 90 days as sales records on eBay are only saved for 90 days.
