Is the additional programming refundable?

If you purchased hardware intended for a 4" to 8" conversion the $59 you paid for the extra programming is not refundable as this is a labor charge (it's also impossible to return since it was e-mailed to you).

In the event you want to cancel your order before it ships, this fee is refundable.
