How do I use my warranty?

If you're running into an issue that you can't resolve please contact us. In most cases the module just needs to be reset, that usually fixes most problems. In the event we can't get it working properly we'll instruct you to fill out a form to start the warranty process. Please don't fill out the warranty service form until you're instructed to do so. 

Express replacement is available however we'll need a deposit on the hardware to proceed. The prices for those deposits is advertised to you while you're filling out the form. If a deposit is required it will prompt you to pay those when you submit the order. More information on this can be found on the warranty service form

Once we receive the original hardware back and inspect it we'll either send you the replacement hardware or refund you the deposit total. We'll take care of the shipping and transaction processing fees for you.
