I received my order but the VIN on the hardware doesn't match my vehicles VIN

Don't worry! That's not suppose to be your VIN. If the VIN was made available to us for that specific piece of hardware, we'll forward that information to you and we'll include it on the module for you. In most cases this information is NOT needed but in some cases (if you decided you wanted the software to remain at version 3.0 instead of 3.4) you can use this VIN to buy map updates from Ford.
