My vehicle doesn’t have any sound

Does your vehicle currently have no sound but everything else continues to work just fine (including the infotainment system)?

This issue is actually caused by a failed ACM module (also referred to as the receiver, this module also functions as your CD player). This module is located behind your dash HVAC control bezel. 

The APIM routinely gets blamed for this issue but the ACM controls all of the sound in the vehicle, replacing your APIM won’t fix this issue. 

If you have this problem and would like to fix it yourself, it’s pretty easy, just takes some time and a little work.
