Do you buy back hardware? Is there a core return?

Unfortunately we do not purchase hardware back from customers; regardless if the hardware was working correctly before or not. There is also no core return after your purchase, the hardware you take out of your vehicle is yours to keep, sell or give away. 

We stopped selling replacement Sync 2 hardware on 2021 as we were having too many issues with reliability; it became too much of a headache trying to keep that service going. We also stopped buying functional hardware back from customers as we have had some people abuse the program and tried to send in malfunctioning hardware. Due to the nature of these failures, some are really easy to spot and some are really sneaky and aren't blatantly apparent right away.
