Apple CarPlay/Android Auto doesn't work

If you're having issues with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto connecting please ensure that you're using an authentic manufacture cable (either from Apple, Samsung, etc.), also please make sure that you've restarted your phone and ensure that your phone port (lightning or USB C) is clean and free of any debris like pocket link.

Usually this resolves 95% of the issues that you may have.
