I converted but I'm missing the climate control screen

By default, the climate screen isn't enabled for every vehicle. It's typically only added by default when your vehicle requires it due to not having the physical buttons. You can enable the tab however, you can do this with FORScan by changing the following values in FORScan.

7D0-01-01 xxxx - xxx3 - xxxx
7D0-01-02 xxxx - x2xx - xxxx
