Sound issues after converting from a 4" display

Sound issues after converting from a 4" display? AM/FM works great but sound only plays from one side of the vehicle via bluetooth or Apple CarPlay/Android Auto? This issue has been linked to the conversion harness that was used. Replacing the harness should resolve the issue.
